We went for platinum on/off piste equipment and asked for 2025/26 models. Ski's were great.
A big bonus is they come to your chalet just after you arrive and do their fitting service right there, they also come and pick up from your location on your last day so no waiting around in long queues in a hire shop.
They also called us after our first day to see if we were happy with everything and offered us a change of equipment at any time if anyone wanted to try anything different.
And they are also nice guys! Would highly recommended this independent company.
Best snowboard rental in Tignes and Val d'Isere !
The selection of boards they have are top tier and the conditions they give them to you are different from the rest.
Rented a board in Val d'Isere and got delivery, I gave them an idea of what sort of riding I would be doing and they arrived with a choice of 3 boards to pick from .
After the first day I got a call to ask if I liked my board and if i was happy .
This is the second year I have rented from them . I will be back again!

Really good staff - Ellie in particular was fantastic! She was friendly, patient, and spot-on with fitting our skis and boots.
Made the process quick and easy—highly recommend her and the shop!
Wanted to be sure they had the boards I wanted, they got back to me quickly and even called me!
After that I got the board i wanted and could change if I wanted. Big variety and a lot to choose from.
2 days later I got another call, they just wanted to check if everything was alright, now that's service :)

For our holiday at Val D'isere we used Val Spirit Rental for Nordic skis and gear - so not in the usual vein of alpine equipment.
The team at Val Spirit were positive, responsive and easy to deal with, and Jack delivered everything we needed direct to chalet, was helpful and personable.
